Tax Preparation
Tax season is steadily approaching, and it's the perfect time to prepare. Here are some important reminders:
1. W-4 Form Update: Please review and update your W-4 forms. This will help you adjust your withholding so that you have the right amount of taxes withheld throughout the year. It's a smart move to set it correctly for 2025. (Remember, you can’t get out, what you didn’t put in‼️)
2. Address Changes: Remember to update your address if you have recently moved or changed jobs. This ensures you receive your tax-related documents promptly and prevents any delays.
3. Open Enrollment: If you have health insurance through Healthcare.gov, open enrollment is in progress. It is EXTREMELY important to accurately report your income, as any discrepancies could significantly impact your tax return.
4. IRS Address Update: In case you’ve moved, I would definitely advise you to update your address with the IRS. ***This is especially crucial if you received an Identity Protection PIN for yourself or your dependents just in case you can't get it through online services. And as always, if you’re looking for an experienced tax professional, I’m currently accepting clients.
